Do you have a query about your water bill, how to save water and prevent blockages, or your water and sewerage services?

Wessex Water are holding drop-in sessions around our supply area to allow our customers to come in and talk to us face to face. During our drop-in sessions, we can help our customers with enquiries about their bill, offer advice on what help is available if they are struggling to pay, or refer them to get the support they require . We’ll also be able to offer advice on saving water and avoiding blockages as well as information about their water quality, plumbing, or drainage.

Wessex Water will be holding drop-in sessions at Taunton Library on Wednesday 2^nd October 2024 to answer all of your water related questions. The drop-in session will be run between 10am-11am, with bookable slots available between 11.30am and 2.30pm.
