It’s #Unblocktober – the month when the UK focuses on keeping our drains and watercourses free from blockage causing debris. West Monkton Parish Council are looking for folk across our parish to become ‘Watercourse Watchers’ – so that where there are problems with our local waterways, streams, attenuation ponds etc the Parish Council can hear about these quicker, and can flag issues to the relevant land owner/ responsible body as soon as possible.
