What is your main responsibility?
I am the lead councillor for the Maidenbrook Country Park, planning for the future
creation/expansion of the park Including the setup of a charitable trust. I am also a
Somerset Councillor.

What is the most rewarding aspect of being in your role at WMPC?
It is very rewarding to be completing new projects for the area and now with the Local Community Network (LCN) – working with our adjoining parishes to improve our cycleways and youth provision.

What has surprised you the most about being part of the WMPC team?
The unquestionable enthusiasm and absolute commitment of our councillors and
officers to use their time and skills to resolve problems, produce and complete new
places and facilities – providing opportunities for the benefit of all in the Parish and the surrounding areas.
