| Somerset Council has to review its Gambling Policy every three years. The Policy document sets out our approach to the Council’s licensing functions in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005.

Comments are invited on the draft revised Gambling Policy from all interested parties including residents and those running businesses in the County, the consultation documents can be found at Gambling Policy Consultation – Somerset Council – Citizen Space
The consultation will close on 22nd September 2023. and responses will be considered, and any appropriate amendments will be made.
