We need volunteers to help us with our event on the 9th May. We will be setting up on the 7th and 8th May and need helpers to help put up marquees and set up the area.

On the day we need some Volunteer Stewards and then the next day we will be looking for volunteers to help us pack down.

This is a free community event to celebrate the Grand Opening of Maidenbrook Country Park and we will be having a Hog Roast and there will be vegetarian/vegan options. There is live music and the evening ends with the lighting of the Beacon and a firework display.

Volunteers will be given a food voucher as a thank you for helping us on the day.

• Volunteer Set Up – Thursday 7th May from 10am to 3pm
• Volunteer Stewards – Saturday 9th May from 1pm to 10pm
• Volunteer Set Down – Sunday 10th May from 10am to 3pm
