MH1 Public Open Spaces Adoption – Open Meeting for Residents Monday 16th June
Please see below a letter from the Managing Agents who will act on behalf of the Management Company for the Public Open Spaces, a Management Company that will be made up of both Parish Council and resident Directors. Letters have been hand delivered to each property affected.

The Welcome Meeting takes place on Monday 16th June at the Brittons Ash Community Hall. The Welcome Meeting is a drop-in type meeting for people to come in and ask questions. The drop-in was initially scheduled to take place from 2pm until 4pm, we have agreed to extend this now until 7pm so that anyone who is at work and would like to pop in can do so until 7pm.

- A letter will follow in due course to residents of Bawler Road and Hallets Road.
- Those that have received the letter would have also received a form to complete, these can be completed and either brought to the meeting on Monday, dropped to the BACH at any time or scanned / emailed to Saxons (using the email address on the letter).
