Graffiti Removal – new risk assessment in place to support volunteers
West Monkton Parish Council has developed a new risk assessment to support those members of the public carrying out graffiti removal in the Parish. As well as offering advice and support, the development of this risk assessment will now allow those carrying out these volunteer activities to be able to receive financial compensation for the cost of materials used in their efforts, and will allow the Parish Council to purchase Graffiti Removal equipment and supplies for use by volunteers.
