SUMMARY:Wellbeing Wednesdays: join us for a cuppa and conversation and some gentle crafting activities
DESCRIPTION:Wellbeing Wednesdays is run at the Brittons Ash Community Hall on a Wednesday alongside the community cafe 1-3pm.\nWe are a peer led group of volunteers. It is open to everyone, of any age. Pop along just for a cuppa tea or coffee. Feel free to bring along any craft or art projects you are doing or we will have an activity planned for those who may wish to try something new.\nYou don’t have to partake in the arts and crafts, come along just for a chat to find out about things going on in the local area or just to socialise. For the arts and crafts we focus on how engaging in a activity is great for our mental wellbeing and the beauty is in engaging in it, the outcome doesn’t matter.\nWe focus on our own wellbeing and that looks different for everyone. Our volunteers have a wide range of knowledge around subjects such as activity/fitness/mental wellbeing/lots of arts and craft knowledge and lots of other stuff too.\n The group is free to attend and refreshments are provided too.
